Change Policy
At present, LOT provides a quite flexible change policy because of the COVID 19 pandemic. If you make a reservation on or after 10 September 2020 and before 31 October 2021 you can make changes multiple times free of any charge given that it is done one year from the ticket issuance date. You can make changes in dates, routes, seats, class, etc. based on availability. You can also change routes if it’s an international flight. Even for the lowest fare type, you can make the same changes. However, if your original booking fare is lower than the new changed booking, you shall pay the fare difference if any.
Do remember that there shall be no refund or free change for any ticket which has been marked as no show. In other words, if you don’t make changes before your departure date, you will be marked as no show and therefore, no changes or refund allowed.
Lot Polish Airlines Cancellation and Refunds Policy
