White Plains, located at Kalaeloa’s former Barbers Point Naval Air Station, is an excellent spot to learn to surf, host parties, play in the sand and surf, or simply relax under the Hawaiian sun.

The park itself has a variety of recreational facilities, including basketball and tennis courts, a children’s playground, a picnic area, and a skate park. There are also many folks who walk their dogs and occasionally include them in their activities. Many individuals have said that the sunsets from here are among the most magnificent they have ever seen.

Because of the less crowds and calmer waves, it is said to be simpler to learn to surf here, especially if you are a novice. Nonetheless, visitors should be informed that while safety is always a top priority, there may not be a lifeguard on duty.

The Hawaiian Railway Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving Hawaii’s railroad history. The tour will take you on a conventional engine train journey along Ewa’s west track while an instructive guide is provided at the same time. There is also a picnic area where you can have your snacks, although you are welcome to bring your own food and drink on board.

The Salvation Army Kroc Facility Hawaii serves the people of Ewa and the surrounding areas as a community center. They include a number of pools, including one for children with water slides. They also include an art studio, a fitness and wellness facility, a worship area, a game room, and a conference area, among other amenities.

Ewa Town Complex, the community’s premier shopping center, is the perfect spot for shopaholics. Ewa Town Center features a pharmacy, a salon, a jewelry and pawn shop, and a dental clinic, among other convenience stores.
