Marsh Harbour

Check-In
Check-in is required 30 minutes before the allotted scheduled departure from Sanford and about 1-hour prior to the scheduled departure while departing from the island. Doors to the flight will be closed 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure and flight delays are not entertained by the company so hence an early arrival is best.
Type of Tickets
Change fees apply to all tickets that is applied after the date of the scheduled departure.
Non-Refundable
Non-Refundable Tickets: No change and No cancellations allowed on the booking of this ticket and the ticket remains Non-returnable and Non-refundable once booked. No amount shall be refunded on account of cancellation and no-show as well.
Flex Tickets
Flex Ticket: Tickets can be fully refunded if received above 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure. If cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure, then the amount shall be credit to account that can be used anytime within a one-year frame period. All cancellations require $100 admin fees.
Air Unlimited Baggage Policy
Bags that weigh 30 lbs not to exceed 52 inches in overall dimension (length + width + height) and a personal item (laptop computer, purse, or travel pack) weighing a total of 10 lbs not to exceed 37 inches in overall dimension is allowed.
Additional fees may be levied for excess luggage or weight or may also be refused boarding. All luggage will be weighed at the time of check-in and additional $2.50 will be levied on exceeding the allotted 40lbs limit and is subject to the captain’s discretion and availability of space.
Hazardous Materials
Hazardous materials include but are not limited to explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives, mercury or radioactive materials are not allowed on-board any flight operated by Air Unlimited. Compressed gas, fireworks, lighter fluid, oxygen bottles, radio-pharmaceuticals, paint, spray starch, tear gas and fire arms are also not allowed for travel aboard the flight.
Passports and Identification
Valid passport is required by the passenger to travel to and fro from the Bahamas. US citizens are also required to provide a valid state issued I.D/Driver’s License and passport.
Air Unlimited Pet Policy
Pets are allowed aboard Air Unlimited flights and are allowed to travel free of costs against the weight of the permissible 40lbs weight allowance provided to each passenger. Standard charges are applicable per pound on exceeding weight allowance.
Prior notice through the company’s official website is necessary. Certificate of good health has to provide by the passenger prior to the flight and permit issued from the Ministry of Agriculture, Trade & Industry of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas has to be submitted.

Ticket Transfer: Tickets are one time transferrable to passenger’s spouse or immediate family member 48 hours prior to the original departure at no additional charge.
TSA SECURITY: Passengers need not go through TSA Security but the company reserves rights to inspect and approve bags.
Unaccompanied Minors: Air Unlimited does not allow travel of unaccompanied minors to and from international destinations.
COVID-19 Guideline: All passengers irrespective of vaccination status must provide a COVID-19 negative report at least one day prior to travel to the US. A COVID-19 RT PCR (SWAB) test is necessary for entry into the Bahamas.
