Check-In
Flamingo Air requires passengers to reach the airport at least one and half hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight for safe and timely check-in with a valid photo ID and a print of their ticket. All entry and access to flights will be closed 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
Refund Policy
Itineraries are both non-transferable and non-refundable and any changes will incur a $30 change fee per person. Valid photo ID will be required.
Baggage Policy
Here at Flamingo Air, passengers are allowed a total of 2 bags each totalling a combined weight of 44lbs. Each additional pound above 44lbs will incur a $1 surcharge. Each additional bag above the allowed bag permit will cost the passenger an additional $30 dollars.
Specified dimensions for travel are 24’’ x 16’’. Oversized bags will cost $26.88 for one way and $37.62 for round trips.
Cooler Bags are accepted.

Covid19 Restrictions for Entering Bahamas
- Unvaccinated fliers are required to take an RT-PCR COVID-19 test within three days of arrival from an accredited lab
- Vaccinated fliers need to upload their Vaccination card along with a negative result from a Rapid Antigen Test.
- Children between the age of 2-11 years of age are required to upload a negative COVID report either taken from an RT-PCR or Rapid Antigen test within 3 days before travel.
- Travellers arriving by sea must produce a valid international Travel Health Visa from the official Bahamas website and provide either a COVID-19 negative report or a certificate of full vaccination.
- Any person who fails or refuses to take a test is liable to pay a fine of $1000.
