Infant and Child Policy
An infant under 2 years of age who is accompanied by a person who is at least 18 years of age will be not be charged a fare if they are flying domestically. However, if they are traveling internationally, they will be charged by the airline a certain amount whether they booked a seat or not. For a child Elite Airways Reservations you should check the different applicable charges on different destination before booking.
Any person who is under 12 years of age needs to book a seat anyhow and they will be charged an amount lesser than an adult’s fare which the airline finds appropriate. And if the person is above 12 years of age, the airline will charge them an amount equal to an adult’s fare.
Any unaccompanied child who is at least 5 to 13 years of age will be charged an amount equal to an adult. And there will also be an extra charge for the service given regarding the fact that they are unaccompanied. However, if there are more than 1 unaccompanied child traveling together as family members, only one child’s service amount will be charged.

Elite Airways Change Policy
Elite Airways allows free changes for 24 hours after your reservation regardless of your fare type i.e., refundable or non-refundable. Passengers are allowed to make changes in dates, time, meals, seats, class, etc. provided that it is under 24 hours free change period after booking.
Any changes made after the 24 hours free changes period will incur a change fee and fare difference if any. If your original Elite Airways Reservations fare is lower than the new changed booking, you shall pay the fare difference along with the change fee according to your fare rules. However, if the newly changed booking has a lesser fare amount than the original booking, reimbursement may be made to you.
Passengers can make changes only 24 hours before departure as per the Elite Airways Change Policy. If you fail to change it 24 hours before departure, your ticket will be forfeited and you will not get a refund or a voucher/credit.
Please be mindful that if you booked a flight within 24 before departure, no change is allowed.
If the airline delays or cancels your Elite Airways Flight Reservation for any reason, you will be given an alternative to fly another time and it is up to the traveler to accept or reject that. Customers may make changes to their booking and will pay only the difference in airfare for travel on another day. One can choose to accept compensation instead. If your Elite Airways Ticket is solely unused, you will get the amount you paid for your ticket minus the ticketing fee if there is any. If your ticket is partially used, you will get reimbursed accordingly.

Steps to make changes:
-Go to the Elite Airways Official Website or app or contact the airline to make changes.
-Click on the “Manage Booking” button
-Click on “Review/Modify”
– Enter your Elite Airways Reservations confirmation number and your name
-Click on continue
-Click on the given link to go to change
-Make the necessary changes as required
-Cross-check your details and click on “continue” to save it
-You will get a confirmation email or SMS of your changes being made
Elite Airways Cancellation Policy
Elite Airways allows free cancellation for 24 hours within booking regardless of fare rules. But please note that Elite Airways do not refund for tickets booked through a third party.
Anyone who canceled it after 24 hours from booking will not be eligible to get a full refund. However, they can make cancellations 24 hours before departure to get a credit/voucher for future use which will be valid for a year. If they fail to cancel it 24 hours before departure, their ticket will be forfeited and they will not get a refund or a voucher/credit.

How to Cancel Your Elite Airways Reservations
Steps to cancel:
You can cancel on the Elite Airways Official Site, through a third party or the airline itself.
-Log in and go to “My Trip”/”My Booking”
-Select the booking which you wish to cancel from the dropdown
-Press on cancellation
-Reconfirm the cancellation from the pop–up message by clicking on “Yes”
-After your trip is canceled, claim your refund if eligible
If you are eligible for a refund, you will get it according to your mode of payment:
– If you pay your fare with a credit card you will be refunded in 10 business days on the account with which you paid for the booking.
– If you pay your fare with a check or cash you will be refunded in 30 business days on the account with which you paid for the booking.
Please be informed that there shall be no refund for any non-refundable booking and for any other ticket that is of more than 1 year from the ticket issuance date.
