SKYWEST AIRLINES 24 HOURS FREE CANCELLATION POLICY

SkyWest provides 24 hours free cancellation after booking provided that the departure date is 7 days away. This applies to all tickets refundable or non-refundable. As long as you follow this time frame, you will be entitled to a full refund. Passengers are requested to read this and be aware of this policy in order to avoid cancellation fees.

SKYWEST AIRLINES AFTER 24 HOURS FREE CANCELLATION POLICY

If a passenger has a refundable booking, it shall be refunded as per the fare rules when canceled. However, if it is non-refundable and if the passenger cancels the flight in a normal situation 24 hours after booking, there shall be a cancellation charge based on your fare type.

REFUND POLICY

SkyWest Airlines permits eligible passengers to request money back in the same manner it was booked. In different words, in case you booked through a 3rd party, a request must be made to that 3rd party, and in case you booked with the airline, the airline will make the refund for you.
The amount of the refund will be determined by the fare type, the time and date of cancellation, and other factors.
If the airline owes you a refund, it will be made to the account used to book the flight.
It takes 7 to 10 business days on average, however, travelers are asked to be patient with the airline if there is a delay.

-Next, click on “My Trip”/ “My Booking”

-Choose the reservation from the available flights to cancel

-Press on cancellation

-You can confirm the cancellation of your booking by clicking “Yes”

-After your trip is canceled, you can claim a refund if you are eligible

If passengers are eligible for a refund, he/she will get it in 7-10 business days according to their mode of payment and to the account with which they paid for their flight.

If passengers are canceling by calling the airline, he/she needs to call Skywest Airline customer service phone number 4356343000. Passengers will be asked by the airline’s agent to provide his/her confirmation code, first name, and last name to verify the reservation. And there, passengers can ask the reservation team’s agent, whoever is assisting them to cancel their reservation for them. And while passengers are at it, he/she can request them to check if his/her ticket is eligible for a refund. Passengers can ask them any doubts and queries they have related to your ticket.
