If you have any missing items, you have to report the mission property to a Delta Airlines Customer Care representative at 800-325-8224 or 404-209-3043.
In case of baggage damage, it will be evaluated in person by a Delta representative at the baggage service office. You will be directed to fill a damaged baggage form if needed. It is necessary to claim or report your damage within 25 hours for domestic travelers and 7 days for international travelers.
