If the booking was done with United within the 24 hours before your departure or was done a week prior to that, under their 24 hour United Airlines Cancellation Policy for booking, you are liable for a change or waiver of fees or for cancellation fees.
●With a Basic Economy ticket, it is not liable for United Airlines Change Policy but it is liable to be refunded fully within 24 hours or if you have bought it before a week or so from the original schedule of departure.
